SingSafe Mask
Firstly, thank you very much for purchasing the SingSafe Mask by KLSings and made by social enterprise Earth Heir.
By wearing this mask, you are being responsible and protecting others from your droplets and aerosols when you sing (or talk). When everyone wears masks, 90-95% of transmissions can be reduced. Similar to when you cough or sneeze and you prevent the spread by covering up.
This mask is made using 100% cotton and is certified Fair Trade by the World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) and sewn by refugee tailors living in Malaysia in a workshop sanitized according to WFTO standards.
TOO BIG? ADJUSTING THE SIZE
To leverage on economies of scale, we have made the mask in one size only.
Remember, it IS a large mask as it is meant for singing. It is not meant to be tight as it should be comfortable.
Adjusting the Nose Piece
The nose bridge has a metal piece which is adjustable to the bridge of your nose. For those of us wearing spectacles, this allows you to shape the mask around the nose so that the mask is right against your skin and no hot air can escape and mist up your specs!
Adjusting the Elastic Loop
If it the elastic band is too loose, please use the enclosed pair of elastic adjusters to tighten the band. Below is an example. You will need to get a piece of thread (preferably something not too soft) to do this.

Stitching the Mask
If you have a very narrow or small face, then this other 'hack' might work for you! You WILL need to get out a needle and some thread for this one.

CARING FOR YOUR MASK
Please HAND WASH your mask after each use using soap and water.
Air Dry the mask.
Due to the design with in-built structure, it is NOT advisable to place the mask in the washing machine or dryer.
Do NOT iron your mask. Part of the structure is made from plastic which may melt when in contact with high heat.
When not in use, please place your mask in a separate bag.
Once again, thank you so much for buying this mask.
Feel free to take photos of you using the mask and tag us [Facebook: KLSings / Instagram: VoxPopbyKLSings] or use hashtags #singsafemask #singsafely so we know how it's being used.
Of course, if you need more mask, do not hesitate to contact us too.
